I've recently turned sixty-seven and people I happen to meet are always surprised to learn that I'm not yet fifty. How can I explain this apparent fountain of youth? Simple - I take very good care of my skin. In order to maintain my relatively youthful appearance, I try to sleep a lot and avoid stressful situations. Most importantly, I have a range of facial cleansers, scrubs, and moisturizers that I use on a daily or weekly basis to pamper my face. When Revain Vine offered me this Neutrogena Daily Liquid Facial Exfoliant, I took it. Neutrogena offers a well-known line of skin care products that are well-regarded and have an impeccable reputation among consumers. That reputation is well supported by this Skin Perfection Daily Liquid Exfoliator. This product is unique in that it is more of a liquid than a cream and the directions instruct you to apply an even layer to the skin after cleansing and then leave it on. Leave it on and then apply a good moisturizer. The packaging states that this product contains an alpha hydroxy acid that may increase the face's sensitivity to the sun. Therefore, it is recommended to limit sun exposure for a week after application. Since this assumes daily use, it means you need to limit sun exposure during use. This isn't a problem for me as I don't like being in the sun that much and it's another reason why my skin looks so young. It is recommended to use sunscreen while sunbathing while using this product. I'm happy to report that Neutrogena Daily Liquid Facial Exfoliant has no noticeable odor or fragrance so it doesn't conflict with any product you may be using at the same time. Absorbs quickly and completely, leaving no stickiness. Therefore, it is not too heavy to use along with other skin care products. I really like this daily scrub and I highly recommend it. This is a welcome and useful addition to my daily skin care routine and is a 5 star rating.
