Very nice quality. However, when you drive screws into the bottom of standard chipboard cabinets, the screws stick out. So get new screws? Even with shorter screws I wouldn't trust the strength of the case. UNLESS you do what I did. Then you can put it anywhere. Looks great! See photo.
