If yours arrives and seems to be leaking at the hose/reservoir junction, don't panic and assume it's defective. I would only check and possibly tighten the connector as it may have come loose in transit. You will sometimes have it on detachable parts. We bought 2 so my husband and I could have one each. They are perfect for long walks and also for trips abroad so we don't have to lug water bottles with us! You can also detach the water pouch and freeze it so that it melts within a few hours and the water stays cool. They are very beautiful, durable and very light. Highly recommended.
