I ordered this king duvet because I have a king bed. It was too small even before I washed it. I don't even have one of those huge mattresses and it barely covered one side of the mattress and went all the way to the edge of the bed on the other side with no curtain (see picture) - two people can't use this ONE ROYAL comforter. I even contacted the company and they had the audacity to text me back that I should have expected it to be smaller because it's 100% cotton. Well, then they should take that into account and make the ceilings bigger. So I figured I'd try putting it on my queen bed in my spare room and it doesn't look like the photos where the comforter reaches to the floor. I think you need a queen bed for a double bed and nothing fits a king bed. I already followed the instructions and washed it before contacting the seller and they didn't even offer to refund my money as it's so small. Too bad because they are nice, with a good dense fabric, but airy enough for a hot Florida summer, but they need to be made a lot bigger to shrink. I was dismayed that the seller didn't offer to send me another one or give me a refund or something good for me.
