I have used many knee pads for joint pain and stability but this is the best I have used due to the comfort of the material. While the cuff provides the necessary compression and stability, it is stretched enough to allow for movement during wear. This is for my ankle and foot where I have a lot of problems due to osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. I teach dance classes and I can move more confidently and comfortably while moving. I highly recommend this case.
