On the first day there were problems holding the top very firmly. There was a slight crease on the top of the camera, and an even tinier dimple in the middle of the underside of the top cap. It slowly started to crack and the entire lid appears to have stress cracks and chips. Of course, it was right after the warranty expired that the crease became an issue. I've had my previous cover for two years with no problems, but it's a lemon to be sure. I sent them a ticket through this website but no response. No one. Nada.
