When I first received these screen protectors I had them fitted very easily but one broke within the first few weeks. I was very disappointed, wrote a bad review about them and moved on. However, the company got back to me and said they would send me new replacements and refund double the money if I continue to have problems. To be honest I thought they would never make it but in just a few days I received 2 complete replacement sets. I was impressed. So I installed them on my phone and on one of my kids phones and so far they work great. I'm really impressed with the service and really love the product.
