I usually wear large or extra large underwear. I have a ten and it fit perfectly. I love that the elevator wasn't super high or super low. He punched me just below the navel. Ground coverage ranged from medium to full, which was nice. But from the front it looked too much like a diaper. I have a small waist/stomach and large hips/thighs/bottom. Most ultra high waisted pants look like diapers on me and although this one was slightly lower it was unflattering in combination with fully covered sides. But they are comfortable so they fit different body shapes. I'm still looking for the perfect slip.
