This has to be one of my best buys. I've been using it in the office almost every day for almost four years now. I'm returning this review to let everyone know: It's like new after years of constant use. I wash the inner bowl almost daily, sometimes in the dishwasher, and it's still in perfect condition. I've never had any spills or any malfunctions. The food is always perfectly reheated, it really doesn't take more than 1 hour, even less depending on the food. Never had an odor when warming up. Ideal for use in the office. Nobody knows he's there. I should note that I only carry the inner potty back and forth and leave everything else at the office. I think it's much more convenient. I often carry it in my purse, in a waterproof lunch bag, or even in a durable nylon bag. The form is very useful for this. In conclusion, I would like to say that five stars are really not enough for this little gem.
