I've been using this recorder for a few weeks now. I bought a microphone that allows you to record calls on a cell phone (or any phone). I find it very easy to use. The controls are easy to understand. The sound quality is very good. The USB cable makes it very easy to transfer files to my computer. I like the simple process of transferring files from my PC to the recorder. I really enjoy listening to music and audio books. I downloaded several MP3 files and listened to them as if it were an MP3 player. Much simpler, handier, MP3 player. I have several voice recorders. Others did the rest. I've always been disappointed. But this one does everything I need. I am disabled. Due to an illness, I have very little feeling in my fingertips. With this Olympus digital voice recorder, I can record even in situations where I can't take notes. I can hardly use a pen. But I have no problem with the buttons and switches on the Olympus. It has a large capacity and the batteries last very well.
