Maybe for children? suitable for foot, hand and nail care
To be honest I would suggest looking elsewhere because these tips look and feel cheap. The plastic is very smooth. I wanted to say that this product cannot be bad, but I received a damaged item. I spent 30 minutes removing the paint and then noticed that a previous buyer had bent some of the tips. I'm not sure why anyone would want to bend the tips.
