Not hygienic. Don't buy this.
Incorrectly packaged. They don't appear to have been made in a hygienic environment. Some of them are in the package, others are individually wrapped. They smell strange and are not always clean. It seems that some have tears while others have marks. Pooh. I ended up throwing the whole bag away after using a few. I won't buy anymore.
