This is number 3. Who designs it? The crumb grid is SO CLOSE to the item on the bottom which means it will scrape up crumbs if you try to remove it. The mesh stand is flimsy and not strong enough to hold a Pyrex baking pan. and the cookie sheet only contains 4 "regular sized" cookies, not the tiny 2 inch cookies that are bite sized. Can someone please make a toaster with a crumb grate so I don't have to contend with the element and more than ONE grate? On the POSITIVE side it has slots for 3 different tiers to slide into the rack BUT with just ONE rack I can only bake ONE thing at a time. i give it back I just have to keep looking. MY AGE had 2 adjustable grates AND a crumb trap that didn't play chicken with the elements. Sigh.
