We bought a work truck for our company and as it will be used primarily by employees we kept the kit fairly modest. I didn't know it meant it came without a makeup mirror. I literally always do my makeup in the car and rarely at home. I keep forgetting that the truck visor doesn't have a mirror when we use it and end up having to use a hand held mirror so I ordered one. It is better than a normal visor mirror. It is much more. It almost runs the height of the visor itself. The 3 color/brightness settings are great and the mirror is clean. With cheaper mirrors they are sometimes not quite flat and the reflection is slightly distorted. I did not notice any distortion with this mirror. That's perfectly clear. The only downside is that you can see the velcro straps when the visor is closed, but that's a small price to pay. As I said, this is primarily a work truck, so the visible black belts don't bother me. It charged quickly and came with an insanely long charging cable. I haven't had to charge it yet, but when I do, the cord easily reaches all the way to the charging connector without having to remove the mirror.
