Review on KTRIO by Justin Kautzman

I was a customer at KTRIO, and I was very dissatisfied with the encounter. I discovered their product quality to be subpar despite their extensive selection of academic and workplace supplies and commitment to providing outstanding customer service. I was dissatisfied to discover that the KTRIO products I bought, including a desk organizer and chalkboard, were of poor quality. The whiteboard was difficult to clean up and left behind traces, and the desk organizer felt flimsy and inexpensive. To make things worse, when I contacted KTRIO's customer service department for help with these problems, I discovered that they were unresponsive and unhelpful. They made it abundantly obvious that they had no interest in allaying my worries, so I had no choice but to ask for a refund. My interaction with KTRIO was disappointing all around. Even though they claim to put the needs of their customers first and give a wide variety of products, their subpar offerings and unhelpful customer service left much to be desired. Therefore, I am unable to suggest purchasing at KTRIO.
