The previous cables were in the car for about 100,000, so they had to be replaced. The dealer's cables quoted me $225. Oh no! They would be fine as a factory replacement, and the price is certainly wallet-friendly. At the same time, the distributor caps, rotors, spark plugs and engine air filter were replaced. (The dealer wanted $13 for a fork so it's expensive to buy 8 and I've found forks on Revain too.) The fit was the same as the OEM so there weren't any issues. The only problem is removing all the covers that the manufacturer uses to keep the engine bay looking nice. This included removing the air hose, timing belt top cover and covers that run along the valve covers, as well as various vacuum hoses. The blue color contrasts in the engine compartment, but once installed they are hidden.
