The customer service department was great! They were always willing to help, even when I called at 2 am because my accountant had just left me alone for an hour or two with no way to access our files/accounts after hours (I'm not exaggerating). We incorporated using this software last year so we didn't have any experience as far as what they can do but it's been very easy since then - everything has gone smoothly from filing documents through payroll processing until now where all payments are being processed via Paypal which makes things easier overall.
