They fit my original purpose perfectly, flashing the Tasmota to the Sonoff Zigbee Bridge. However, the ends are too large to easily fit into the connection point holes on the Sonoff PCB. But the ends are actually just bent (not quite tight/round), so using pliers I was able to compress/deform them just enough to fit into the holes in the board for a tight connection, and the firmware ran smoothly! Additionally, the female to male and post to male transitions using a breadboard made it easy to connect GND and GPIO1 together using the breadboard. . and would most likely just stick with simple connections via breadboards and jumpers. But they will decide. be used for various future projects.
