Good but not easy to use
In the past I've used a hand-held washcloth, a washcloth on a stick, and a plain washcloth with a nylon tie. I decided to try something nicer and bought 3 silicone back cleaners. It was one of 3. Conclusion: more difficult to handle than the good old nylon strap. It's the handles. The handles offer a secure grip but make it difficult to use: you have to get in and out of the handles when switching hands to get between your shoulder blades, and it's easy to twist the strap when you put your hands on it lay the handles. Overall it looks better but is more difficult to use than a regular bracelet.
