Highly recommend this shower head! The print is amazing, my expectations were low given the price but I was blown away! It reminds me of a shower in a hotel or on a cruise ship. it's almost too strong! There is a small toggle switch on the shower head that you can use to switch between different jet types. It also comes with additional washers. Very happy with this product. It is well packaged and sealed and very easy to install, you only need your hands and a pair of pliers to block the channels. I will note that I removed the pressure reducing screen as soon as I took the shower head out of the box, so that may have helped with the pressure. You can also throw away the teflon tape that comes in the box, it took me five or six times to play around with the teflon tape and I was still leaking so I ended up going to my tool kit and using liquid piping grout sealed the threads hand tight and tightened with a channel lock. Make sure you use a towel or rag before placing the pliers on the pipe or you will scratch the chrome finish. adjustable but out of the box it was very tight and after screwing the whole thing to the wall mount I was able to use some pliers and loosen the jam which now won't make the whole thing rotate. hope this is helpful
