The bag I received is not the same as in the photo for several reasons. The zipper and clasps are silver, not gold as shown. The interior design is black and white with no other colors. I don't mind, I still like the way it looks, it's just not what I paid for. The one star rating comes from the fact that previously used loyalty cards and unnecessary paper were put in the bag as if the bag had never been cleaned after use. Now I know it's a used bag which I don't remember from the description. The worst thing about the product I paid for is NO STRAP. The bag came without being able to wear it! What should I do about it? The zippers also get stuck every time I open or close them. I am extremely disappointed.
