I ordered this in 28L size which just barely fits the 40 linear inch limit that airlines allow for a personal item to fit under the seat in front of you. The bag is huge and would fit so much. The outer pocket totally lacks any security lock. The double security locks on the main compartment are so tricky that I would not be able to fiddle with it when rushing through an airport. In addition the piece that you need to slip both pairs of zippers is so small that it can barely accommodate one pair of zippers let alone two pairs. The main reason I bought pac safe was for the security features. I'll have to return this bag. I have another pac safe bag that is a little smaller and has much better locking features.
