So I bought some great Yankee Candle diffusers during the holiday season. Then Yankee left the mall and I was left with empty bottles at a nice outlet. I've learned that you can open other brands and refill hard-to-find bottle sizes like the Yankee Candle wall outlet bottles. Well, just a word of caution for those of you like me who plan to use these oils as a refill in a different size/shape bottle. THEY ARE HARD TO OPEN! I had to use pliers and the hole in the glass mouth broke and cut my hand! The aroma is pleasant, the price does not bite. Here's how I made the next two: I had to take the wick and plastic stopper out of my Yankee Candle bottles, then I just took the wick out of the replacement Air Wick cartridge and poured it into a custom-sized bottle. I also ordered Air Wick dowels! LOL You can use them to dress up, but it's not easy, and now I smell like a tropical Hawaiian night! I still give 5 stars for the price, smell and appearance. I understand that these little candies are not meant to carry oils.
