I was so excited to receive the headphones today. However, they had major problems pairing with my iPhone, even though I followed the instructions closely. When they finally connected, it turned out that the left earbud wouldn't play. Apparently this is a known issue and the solution is to perform a hard reset. Well I followed these instructions for several hours. Nothing. They didn't even respond to the reset. I was very ready to fall in love with what should be a very good alternative to well-known brands. The best I can get is a headphone from the offer. If customer support can come by and offer a solution, I'll update this post. ****UPDATE: Anker's customer support was very responsive and quickly diagnosed my earbuds as faulty (I've tried the reset instructions many, many times). They sent me a replacement which arrived within a few days. It was much more responsive to both pairing with my phone and each other. The fit is excellent, as is the sound quality. They seem like a great option for the price compared to much more established brands. I am happy now.
