Love this cup holder. In my car (2015 Audi TT), my cup holders are to the right of the e-break handle, which causes two returns: 1) when I pull on the e-break, the cup holder pops out of the stock cup holder, and 2) when I pull it sometimes it's misaligned and while it's "safe", as soon as I turn it off it loosens up. One thing that can resonate with all users is the need to rotate the holder's top chamber to lock the holder in place. The only problem is that you have to start in the right position to know where it ends so your travel mug's handle is accessible/out of the way. However, it holds my NFL Rambler perfectly and I love the purchase. Despite some growth issues, I recommend this product and do not blame it for limiting my machine's capabilities.
