Update: After my 2 star rating, Arteck contacted me and sent me the code for the new version. Upgraded to 4 stars for excellent service. I will update again after using the replacement for a few weeks. Original: I really wanted to like this keyboard and mouse. I use this for my home office and the mouse has been great, but I'm typing this review on my laptop keyboard, not the Arteck. I was typing a document this morning and everything is fine, then the next key press (r) it enters and then the next key press (t), that the laptop and the screens (I have two monitors) go dark. Doesn't sleep, doesn't behave like Win-L, it just goes black and locks the computer (Win-L locks for me but shows the splash screen). At this point the keyboard stops working - both Arteck and laptop keyboards. To unlock and save my work, I had to bring up the on-screen keyboard (win-ctrl-o) and type in my PIN, then save. Reboot has no effect. Keyboard charging does not work. It's reproducible (I really want to like this keyboard, so I kept trying).
