The product works as it should. Because of shipping I ordered this before many others. Received the next day, not 2 days later. Cons: The wires on this one versus the others listed - this one has wires that are about 6 inches long. Other items with the same part number are approximately 15 inches tall. I did this job but had to trick the access door to do it as the wires are 5-6 inches shorter than they "should be". If I need to access the heater board again (ReddyHeater 170T) and forget what I had to do to make it work, I break the tabs on the control board by pulling on the access door. If you have such settings, order another one. If not, this will work perfectly. Just check the current cable length before ordering.
