OEM part is great!
Replacement part identical to original part. Installed with no problems except that the factory power plug did not fit properly into the plug on the replacement fan motor. If you connect it to a motor, you can unplug it fairly easily. But when you plug the cable into the box and route the cable around the fan motor, the bottom fan cover holds the connector in place. All components are assembled, the fan motor runs like new. Thanks for a good alternative to buying an expensive OEM.
