First of all I was lucky it didn't arrive broken. The packaging was completely torn. They really need to improve the packaging box for this item. You only get assembly instructions for the vanity, you don't get anything for the sink. If you don't have plumbing skills, you could be in trouble. The imaginary instructions are terrible, just very small fuzzy images. There are no words in the instructions, only pictures. For the most part, the instructions are useless. I was expecting better quality for the price, I agree with another review that says it's overpriced by about $100. Because the sink is attached to the top of the vanity, it doesn't sit flush against the wall. I'll do something to cover the space to make it look better. I do not recommend this product, it is poorly packaged, overpriced and lacks detailed assembly instructions.
