I've been looking for the right pillow for over 4 years now and I would say I've gone through 23 pillows. And finally I found one that suits me perfectly. I sleep on my back and side and all the other pillows I've tried only fit one or the other. It put me to sleep the first night I had a dream and I don't usually dream because I was tossing and turning and waking up with a stiff neck. But this pillow supports me when I sleep on my back and side. I highly recommend it. It's been 4 nights and I've been dreaming all night. This means if you dream that you are in REM sleep, it means you are in your deepest sleep. To update. A week later my neck started to hurt from sleeping on it. gonna bring it back
