I have already received a damaged product twice. The first time I tried contacting SIMPLIHOME and to see if we could simply return the cover for a replacement as the cover was scratched. They said they didn't have any replacement caps so I sent the entire product back to Revain and ordered a new one. The second time the lid arrived even more scratched and dented than the one I returned. I'm very upset because I really like this table. It's very stylish and functional and looks great in my living room. However, I paid too much money for a scratched and dented item. I really want to order another one because I love it but hate the thought of having to return it a third time. The table is big and heavy and not easy to ship by UPS. If I order again I will update the rating depending on how the 3rd time goes.
