Bad customer service. Malfunction.

Headphones are good although the instructions are not very convenient. I wrote to the support team because the cable is not working. I don't have the time or energy to return and exchange everything. They just offered me a refund for the order but I didn't want that and told them so. i need headphones I just want to replace the defective cable. Have I had to pay extra to get them in a reasonable amount of time only for them to be defective and have to take longer? Come on.
