CSV is a well known file format and it is widely used for storing data. CSVbox is not only easy, but it also comes with an intuitive interface and works well, making data management a piece of cake. The UI could be a bit better, at some times it's hard to figure it out. I have been using CSVbox for few months now and it's been easy to work with, the only other tool I used was Google Spreadsheet and that one took me a long time to understand it. The files in google spreadsheet get messy when users update them from their desktop or mobile. We want to get rid of this and get to the source of the problem, CSVbox. At the moment, CSVbox is very easy and helpful. It's really not bad. It's a great tool as always. No matter what, we are always able to get the right data with a couple I have been using csv box for years now, and they are always very helpful and willing to answer any questions you may have. They are very responsive and keep you updated as things change. It can be difficult at times to figure out how something works if you don't know what it's supposed to do. If you're not sure about something, just ask them, they'll help you until you get it working! We've used CSVBox to import data from our ERP system into Salesforce.
