Bought this belt for my friend who wore it for less than a week when the buckle broke. The strap itself appears to be of good quality and the buckle is easily replaced as it snaps instantly, but I believe it is the seller's responsibility to replace a buckle that has broken in less than a week. It's not possible to contact the seller through Revain so I googled him to find his website which has limited contact options. I filled out their web form and selected "repair" as the reason for contacting them. Another week passed and I heard nothing from them. I am very upset that I have to return the strap and wait for a refund rather than just replacing the defective part.
