I live in my 16 foot trailer with a 30 amp cord but needed a 15 amp extension cord to get to the outlet. I know I draw over 15 amps at times, and I've fused two outputs on my 10GA three-plug. Renewal. I currently have a 15 amp straight plug to a 30 amp RV outlet. I have decided to upgrade my power strip to a 30 amp RV outlet and it works great for plugging in my caravan and I have two extra outlets that I can adapt to 15 amp outlets with adapters.
