Accidentally ordered a second pair exactly one year after buying the first one. Overall, after a year, I was pleasantly surprised with the materials and construction - they held up great with no notable holes or tears. The heel didn't fall through and the stitching on the rubber outsole wasn't a problem - the kind I use almost every day. The old pair stank terribly so I replaced them. I'm glad I did. I forgot how chic and comfortable they are when new. As expected, after a year my old pair was a little grubby on the inside, but in great shape again. In the photos my one year old pair is next to a brand new pair.
