Cute but can't hold

From the box it seemed perfect and just what I was looking for: soft, snuggly, good nipple support, good size for babies. The bad thing is I had it for about a month before it started falling apart. It's only been 2 washes and my baby is only 4 months old so it's not like she's being rude to him. The rope holding the nipple was so unwound that I would soon have to cut it completely. It also has a huge hole where the two sides are separated.
