Had to return the first 2 because they were way smaller than anticipated. So, if you are getting it to go two sizes up for comfort or 1 size up for tight (but won't squeeze your guts out). I got two of these (one for me and one as a gift) and I'm very happy with the quality and I find it easy to wear it as tight as I want without anyone's help. I love it
