Easy to install - a job for two, not one. Spacious and for those who have problems with heavy snow - I installed a portable heater in it and also knocked the snow off the roof so as not to damage the block (usually 4 or 5 times). Decided to use plywood and 2x4 under the roof from the inside to get rid of the $30-40 for insulation and snow removal and stabilized the canopy. There's still plenty of storage, all for less than $300. ps, gender is also a plus. That's how I see it --- great investment.
