I like this case; I think it looks great with the laptop both closed and open. It also offers protection while adding bulk and weight to an already heavy laptop. It was a compromise I was willing to make and it doesn't seem that difficult anyway. The material seems quite durable and the inner material is soft and soft. The notebook can be easily removed as a magnetic flap opens and closes where the hinge pin is located. The biggest issue I had with this case is that the lid doesn't have magnets so it sticks out when the laptop is laid down instead of latching. I'll upgrade my own magnets to fix this, but I don't have to. The case has to have magnets to keep it closed and this flaw prevents this laptop from being great, instead it's just plain good.
