Works well, 5' 11,264 lbs male

I am not paid by JF or anyone else to write my reviews, and I do not write a free product review. Got it in the mail yesterday and was a little excited to use it in my early morning workout today. I am happy to share MY PERSONAL experiences with the Amazon community, so readers use them at their own risk, remembering that everyone's tolerance to these supplements is different. I'll start with the positives: This product is FREE which means it doesn't contain any stimulants which is what I wanted. MANY pre-workouts are loaded with stimulants and caffeine, and people are pouring so much money into these products. if it really is elf pollen with a lot of caffeine. I discovered this the hard way. Now that I've done my research, LOTS of caffeine isn't good for your body, in fact it causes a lot more lactic acid early on which causes your body to fall off, burn out and feel just as "sore" that day or the next day. . So the people who are into pre-workouts and claiming to do great work are really just caffeine addicts. I love this product now rather than dislike it because it doesn't contain any stimulants and gave me a decent pump. I noticed that I was focused and getting a good pump without burning out in the middle of a rep like I would without. I've been training for years and have had my fair share of pre-workouts which is actually fine, especially for the price. Some unhealthy pre-workout foods will cost you three times as much, and your body really doesn't need all that nonsense during a workout. the body part you are training. I've tried other brands where I really felt the pump more than this one, but to be honest I didn't like that feeling. Overall this product is ok and gives me enough pumps that I need to get through my workout without falling or burning out. I train about 5 days a week, 3 weeks of training at 60-70% of my max target weight and a damn week of it's time to stop pretending and work with more weights. I'm 35 years old, 5'11" and 264 pounds. Again, this will work differently for everyone, but it works the way I need it for me, no caffeine spike and no stim; my body had lost a significant amount of tolerance to stimulants, so I looked for stimulant-free products. Give it a try, if it doesn't work keep looking, there are many products on the market. Also, most reviews are fake or paid for. Always do some research before trying a product but I have been using JF multivitamins for a number of years and love it so I try something different from time to time and this is a product that I will be using for a while until I can't find anything better.
