I love this backpack! I've been using it every day for a few months now and it still looks brand new - no scratches, scuffs or wear. The quality definitely exceeded my expectations considering the price. I got a lot of compliments on it and people asked if it was real leather. My only complaint is that it's quite cramped and doesn't fit a lot of things. It fits in my laptop and a small binder and maybe a notepad, or my laptop and a skinny lunch box (with a bit of fiddling). Sometimes when I'm wearing a winter jacket, the straps start to slip a bit, but given the slippery material, that's not surprising. The material is waterproof so I don't have to worry about my laptop getting wet if I get caught in the rain. Overall I love this very cute and professional looking backpack and will be using it for a long time given the high quality.
