This software is great because it’s very user friendly, quick to learn with no training required! It also has an amazing customer support team that always responds quickly when we have questions or issues in our account!! We are able fix any issue within minutes of submitting ticket through their help center.

I love how simple this program makes creating complex formulas for pay plans super fast without having multiple spreadsheets open all at once which can be confusing if you aren't familiar using them yet (which most people don't). As others mentioned there isn'y much room left as far being customizable but they do update every year so hopefully next years updates will include more customization options like adding/removing columns etc..
