I did a lot of research before purchasing these headphones and most professional reviews indicate that they are a worthy alternative to the Apple AirPods Pro. I don't agree the sound quality is as bad as many here say, they are definitely better than most cheap headphones you will find, but I wish they had more bass. However, my main issue was connectivity. with my MacBook Air laptop. They work perfectly with my iPhone, connect instantly, great for calls etc. However, they cannot be used with my computer. The sound comes in and out from side to side, often out of sync with the youtube video, and there are intermittent crackles/pops. I spent an hour on the phone with Apple tech support thinking it was a bluetooth issue on my computer but after a few resets I got the computer to use the internal mic instead of the headphone mic and downloaded software, which causes the computer not to downgrade the audio codec, I still have problems with it. When attempting to use them during a Zoom call and in the middle of the meeting, the sound was completely gone, despite showing up as connected and having previously been fully charged. When I contacted Urbanista customer service, I explained the situation to them. I received a response stating that as the headphones connect normally to my phone they would not be considered faulty. When I brought up the issue and said that their website advertised them as compatible with computers (both Macs and PCs) I was simply told to try resetting them and they ended up blaming Apple for the issue . If I paid $60 for it I might be happier, but paying over $100 for headphones that I can't use with my laptop is very disappointing, as is Urbanista's customer service response. I was really hoping it would be a great alternative to an Apple product, but I just can't fully recommend it given its disappointing performance when switching between devices.
