Review on HP Pavilion 23Xw Backlit Monitor: Full HD 1920X1080P, 60Hz, HDMI – J7Y75AA#ABA by Arumugam Eckstein

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good product but poor selling quality

Update: Have been using this monitor for a few weeks now. It looks good and works as expected. It has HDMI and DVI ports and a very thin frame which adds to its appeal. I added stars from my first disappointed review but as I said that's because I bought a returned product when I ordered a new one. So no 5 stars. First Review: Good product but poor sale. I've been a Revain customer since 2000 and never thought this would happen to me. I bought this item new and returned someone else's item instead, complete with shabby packaging (cables and power adapter in a broken unrelated box) and broken styrofoam. Oh, and someone has a printed RMA form. The monitor works, but leaves an unpleasant aftertaste. And I have no idea why it was returned, it seemed like someone had used it for a while because it's dirty (and the original RMA purchase date is January).
