If I could put zero I would. Yesterday evening (03/01/2021) I received a pink-purple for my twins' birthday. The one with the bpruole had a broken arm, so she was either laying in my bed with it or in the chair next to me. Worked well last night and tonight until evening. I turn on purple before bed it was still on and 3 hours after work my daughter woke up upset because her arm was really hurting I reassure her and she wanted to see Ryan's world. I turn it off, the screen doesn't turn on, nothing happens. I try to put it on a pink charger which still works fine but nothing. Very very disappointed, I know he wasn't dropped and nothing happened to him and he died a day and a half later.
