I was generally surprised by the quality of the cover that came with this keyboard. I actually ordered more for the keyboard than the case. It looks aesthetically pleasing while offering good protection. The keyboard is attached to the case from the outside with a strap. It seems a little odd, but it actually works pretty well, and I prefer this method because it's easy to take with you or leave at home, and it doesn't add bulk to the case like keyboards that are durable do is also magnetized so once snapped on it sticks to the outside of the case and also snaps to the inside bottom of the case when you place it in front of the iPad for use (see my third photo uploaded). This is a really well thought out design. Pairing was very easy. You simply activate the connect button at the top of the keyboard and then pair via the Bluetooth list in your iPad's settings. The instructions will walk you through it in detail and also tell you how to connect it to Android devices or Windows systems, but I've only used it on my iPad. By the way, my iPad model is A1673, which fits perfectly in the case. The keyboard itself is very thin, very light and very responsive. It has a set of multimedia keys on the top with different functions (home, search, select all, next, volume up, down, etc.), all of which are listed in the instructions. I had to charge it. when I unpacked it for the first time, which took almost two hours. It has a red light to let you know when it's time to charge it, and it's said to last over 40 hours of active use after a full charge. I've used it for about 20 hours so far and it's still working. It has an on/off switch and I leave it off when not in use. Due to the keyboard's small size, typing takes a bit of getting used to, but that's to be expected with such a compact device. portable design. Overall, I can recommend the keyboard and the case.
