I have other velcro straps like this that are 40 years old and still going strong. This strap is a little less than 1/4" wide but just as well made. I use them on jeans, khakis and sometimes dress pants. I'm glad to find a belt that lasts until I die and then someone else can wear it for years. Remember to get a belt that's two inches wider than your waist. If you wear 36, get 38. The price is also very fair for the quality.
