I don't know why, but this AC charger didn't work properly with my Acer Aspire. In the beginning it sometimes worked. I thought I connected it wrong, but while the connection is good, it just wasn't getting power or charging properly. I had to twist the plug, or twist it a little (when plugged into a laptop) to get a charge or power. It's very annoying to use. The laptop works perfectly with the included power cord. It's become a big problem, so I'll buy a better one. All ideas are welcome.
