I thought my pregnancy acne would go away after the 1st trimester (like my 1st pregnancy) but when it didn't, and she with cystic pimples on my forehead and jaw aggravated I tried this cleanser. Pros: My skin is mostly clear after a month of twice daily use. Huge bottle / cost per ounce. Got it on sale on Prime Day. The ingredients are fairly pure/non-toxic. Cons: Didn't work as quickly as I would like. The lid fills with water when you leave it in the shower. Tips: Before trying this product I also switched to a cleaner makeup concealer which has visibly helped tame my problematic acne marks. RMS Uncoverup which isn't great for long lasting coverage in hot summer weather but has helped my skin making it worth the compromise. Even if you are a makeup artist, wash your brushes frequently.
